First Aid
There was this one time we headed to Bukidnon for our sub-projects inspection for school buildings.
Doing our usual routine checking on the finish of the project a pupil shouted and laughed their classmate was hit by a bolo (used for gardening. Blood washed her face and hair.
I was watching from a distace. I asked one of the pupils to run and tell her teacher to put pressure on his wound by pressing a hanky or a cloth because at that time she was just washing her students head with water to clear her face and blood still rolling over the face.
I couldn’t resist to share what I have learned during my first aid training with Philippine National Red Cross. The teacher was trembling that time that she doesn’t really understand what she was doing. Hahahha so i just grabbed the cloth and put it over the pupils wound and press it.
After a moment a motorcycle came in and rushed the girl to the nearest clinic.
If you may have a spare time please to read on basics of First Aid. It is a necessity.
