Posted in Movies/TV Shows with tags , on November 6, 2008 by engrlouraine

kung_fu_pandaKrissa rented some DVD’s titled HANCOCK and KUNG FU PANDA, we decided to start off with Kung Fu Panda. Little Zaina (one year and three months) did enjoyed watching the cartoon movie and too busy roaming around the living room area.

The movie was hilarious and very inspiring as its slogan goes, YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE!!!

Zaina, still has cough, I bought her some medicines prescribe by her pediatrician. On Anti-Bacterial she got 3.5ml dosage and 4ml on ventolin expectorant. Seeing your kiddo coughing really melts off your heart. *sigh* wish to have them and sparing my little zaina. But that is how it works.

Insect Bites

Posted in Babies with tags , on June 22, 2008 by engrlouraine

Zaina is a victim of insect bites and can’t stand these red ants crawling all over our bed. We have been cleaning ang spraying so they won’t be coming back but all we did to prevent it gone to nothing. They just keep on coming back and target my little princes. Right now she got lots of insect bites and it sores and leave them marks. do you know something that might help my problem. Zaina has a sensitive skin, the more we put on oitments it get to sore more and worsen the problem. I have put off lotion on her skin to keep those little creature creeping over but still it got nothing to help the situation. She have been irritated with the bites and keep scratching them. Haayyy, I really feel helpless. What should I do?

Zaina at 9 months

Zaina Yael on my bag, she said I am always out of town for some project monitoring that is why she decided to get inside my pack and asks if she can join me with my travels. Unfortunately I have to leave her home for couple of days to do my work. It’s not easy leaving your kiddo behind.

Right now, she’s on her way to be on her feet. She can actually do two steps forward. It makes my heart pound fast when she does that.

She loves to slap you at your face especially when you are at sleep (wicked kiddo) but actually sweet because as you open your eyes after she has slapped you, you’ll see her smiling wide at you and then sleep beside you.

She loves to eat rice and fruits at the side, she’ll spit if you mix the rice and the viand. heehehe

She calls me baby. She mimics me when I call her baby and maybe she got used to it everytime she hears me even from afar she murmurs baby. Really sweet.

Zaina Doing Her Grocery

Posted in Babies with tags on April 19, 2008 by engrlouraine

Look my daughter is starting to shop on her own hehehehe. Kidding! I just put her in the cart to give myself attention on what to shop.

Here’s the list for my weekly grocery:

  1. Milk Formula
  2. Diaper
  3. Cerelac and Gerber
  4. Cotton
  5. Tissue
  6. Soy Sauce
  7. Cooking Oil
  8. Vinegar
  9. Soap (powder and bar)
  10. Toothpaste
  11. Shampoo
  12. Bath Soap

Just that but it costs me almost 2,000 Philippine Peso. Great! Prices are becoming costly. Government is trying hard to keep prices on hold but nothings really happening. Prices are like sky rockets zooming up high. There is nothing we can do than to save and buy the most important commodities for our family. If you have it categorized as necessity then think and examine your list again you may want to trim it down to save a little more.
